THE NEW URBAN TOURISM BY APARTHOTELS ADAGIO.
Created in 2007 as a joint venture between the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs group, Europe’s leading provider of tourist residences, and the European hotel giant Accor, Aparthotels Adagio quickly became the benchmark in aparthotels.
In order to respond to the increasing evolution of urban tourists, Adagio aparthotels were created to offer an autonomous stay with the quality of the associated hotel services.

HOW TO THINK AND DESIGN THE EXPERIENCE ?
Our entire solution has been designed according to the ideal path of a typical customer of Aparthotels Adagio. This persona named “Jules” formed the framework of the entire vocal UX designed in collaboration with the project’s stakeholders.
When creating a voice project, it is mandatory to carry out the reflection stage well beforehand. Indeed, the elements of Voice Marketing as well as the voice UX (literally the experience) are the fundamental bases constituting the results of such a project. Our expertise has thus proved to be essential, both technically and experientially.
Once the experience has been defined, developed and installed, this is what a hotel room looks like in the age of time: combining connectivity and comfort of stay.
The voice assistant is not only used in the hotel, in addition to providing the concierge service, it connects the customer with the various services in the city. Thus, from taxi reservations to restaurant reservations, including Best-In-Town, everything is done thanks to Zac. He can even tell stories or give news !
Several connected objects, which can be controlled by voice, are installed in the apartments. A connected lock, connected lighting systems, curtain/flap motors, an audio system and an essential oil diffuser: all its objects are interconnected via our holographic box: Voka.
The customer has the possibility to download a mobile application. It allows him to communicate with the voice assistant outside the apartment, join the reception desk or display various information about the hotel’s services. Some order confirmations take place, in particular on this application.
Several scenarios are available to customers. They correspond to key moments of the stay: relaxation, meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), sleep and waking up. In addition, a welcome scenario is available to inform and guide newcomers about the features and facilities of their accommodation.
