THE VOICE ASSISTANT, THE VECTOR OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
The objective of this project was to develop a voice assistant associated with electronic labels, the flagship product of the SES-Imagotag brand. This synergy between the voice interface offered by the assistant and the luminous interactions makes it possible to rethink the way in which the consumer will live his shopping experience.
This solution is designed to empower customers by allowing them to easily browse the shelves and obtain product information without having to rely on an employee of the brand.
At the entrance of the store, the customer is invited to download the web app associated with the brand. Through this tool, he will be able to make full use of in-store voice assistance and its use cases: the expected features of the customer experience.
Once in the desired radius, the customer can use the spectrum of possibilities offered by the solution. For example, he can say “display in red gluten-free chocolate shortbreads on sale for less than €2” and the labels of the corresponding products will react.
Thanks to our voice assistant, the customer is guided from A to Z from the moment he enters the store until he buys it. He can easily find the location of his products and obtain information associated with them such as their price, origin or composition.
