Your mission

As a PreSales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), customers, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support the growth of the business.

Pre-Sales & Customer  Assistance:

  • Conduct remote or in-person meetings with prospective customers and accompany AEs on customer visits.
  • Perform thorough project qualification, going beyond AE’s scope to understand project requirements, scope, deployment ramp-up, and phasing.
  • Prepare customised demonstrations for key accounts, employing their business vocabulary and tailored presentations.
  • Ensure correct delivery of solutions, overseeing contract evaluation, setup, and final delivery to customers.
  • Provide technical support, answer technical questions, and be the technical focal point for prospect customers during the pre-sale phase.
  • Provide insights to the Product Team and Management based on market and customer feedback, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
  • Independently implement quick wins using off-the-shelf tools to enhance customer delivery.
  • Document use cases and design new samples to accelerate the sales cycle, testing, and adoption of solutions.


  • Continuously evaluate competitive solutions to inform product development and equip yourself with the knowledge to address objections during customer meetings.
  • Enhance battle cards and sales enablement materials together with the Marketing department

Required skills

  • Previous experience in a similar pre-sales role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Technical proficiency, preferably with experience in C++/Java development or relevant languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for keeping up with market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
