Pre-Sales & Customer Assistance:
- Conduct remote or in-person meetings with prospective customers and accompany AEs on customer visits.
- Perform thorough project qualification, going beyond AE’s scope to understand project requirements, scope, deployment ramp-up, and phasing.
- Prepare customised demonstrations for key accounts, employing their business vocabulary and tailored presentations.
- Ensure correct delivery of solutions, overseeing contract evaluation, setup, and final delivery to customers.
- Provide technical support, answer technical questions, and be the technical focal point for prospect customers during the pre-sale phase.
- Provide insights to the Product Team and Management based on market and customer feedback, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
- Independently implement quick wins using off-the-shelf tools to enhance customer delivery.
- Document use cases and design new samples to accelerate the sales cycle, testing, and adoption of solutions.
- Continuously evaluate competitive solutions to inform product development and equip yourself with the knowledge to address objections during customer meetings.
- Enhance battle cards and sales enablement materials together with the Marketing department
- Previous experience in a similar pre-sales role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
- Technical proficiency, preferably with experience in C++/Java development or relevant languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for keeping up with market trends and emerging technologies.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
